Anyone who throws what can only be called a conniption fit over sloths, has to love animals enough to adopt the vegan diet.
Bell told Women's Health magazine that switching from a vegetarian to a vegan diet had more to do with health than animal advocacy though.
After she watched the documentary Forks Over Knives which links animal protein to many degenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease, Bell decided it was time to go vegan.
"It's more about the health benefits than the ethics, but it's compounded by the fact that I love animals and feel better not eating them."Bell's fiance, and former meat-eater, Dax Shepard also went vegan. The couple even grows their own veggies in a their front yard. That's pretty darn adorable, if you ask us. Maybe not "sloth" adorable though.
