Adele Goes Vegetarian, Loses Weight

British singing phenom Adele has shifted more focus to her health lately.

The 23-year-old decided to adopt a strict vegetarian diet in order to improve her health and shed some weight.

She also started going on daily jogs with her dog, Louie.

Adele hasn't made these changes completely on her own though. Simon Konecki, Adele's boyfriend and CEO of Drop4Drop (a charity that helps bring clean water to those who are in need), has joined the singer in her diet and exercise.

So far, diet and exercise seem to be doing the trick. Adele and Konecki have each shed around 15 pounds since making the switch to vegetarianism.

According to a friend, Adele says that she feels healthier than she has in months and is doing her best work.

We wish Adele and Konecki continued success with their health and weight-loss goals. With a healthy vegetarian diet and daily exercise, the pair should be able to meet those goals with ease.
